The simple ingredients for this recipe will surely make your holiday table or holiday centerpiece so exciting. Prepare your kitchen table and tools, and let’s begin!
1. Start by cutting all avocados in half and removing pits. Next, carefully slip a spoon between the avocado’s skin and flesh to separate the two.
2. After every avocado piece has been thoroughly skinned, mash it with a fork or a food processor. Set aside your mashed avocados.
Some people favor smooth guacamole, whereas others enjoy more solid guacamole.
3. Add half a lemon juice to your avocado mash and combine well. This is a very important step because the fresh juice from the lemon will prevent the avocado from turning brown.
4. Next, add the Guacamole Spice pack.
NOTE: To prevent the guacamole mix’s color from changing, using guacamole spices is crucial.
If you add tomatoes and onions to your guac mix or even salsa, as I’ve seen in some recipes, your Grinch will change colors.
5. Try creating your guacamole spice blend if you can’t find one in a package by combining paprika, ground cumin, dried red bell pepper, garlic powder, tsp onion powder, adding ground pepper and sea salt.
