How to Make an Easy Toilet Paper Roll Crafts for Toddlers
If you’re looking for easy and fun toilet paper roll crafts for toddlers, you’ve come to the right place. These simple crafts are perfect for little ones just learning to use their imaginations and fine motor skills.
Toilet paper rolls can be transformed into creatures, including monkeys, elephants, spiders, snakes, and octopuses. They can also be used to make festive decorations, such as wreaths and garlands. And if you’re feeling creative, you can even use them to create unique works of art. So whether you’re looking for a quick and easy craft project or a fun way to entertain your toddler, toilet paper roll crafts are a great option.

First, cut a construction paper rectangle and attach it to the empty roll. We have included the free Elephant template PDF to cut out the ears, tail, and body.

Cut another sheet of paper to fit the cardboard tube, approximately 4 inches by 6 inches. Glue the paper into the cardboard tube.

Cut two small tabs from the remaining scrap paper, approximately 1 inch by 2 inches. Glue these tabs to the flat edge of the elephant ears and allow them to dry.

Attach the elephant ears to the sides of the cardboard tube and the trunk to the front.

Next, attach the cutout trunk to the body of the elephant.

Glue the eyes to each side of the trunk. Allow the craft to dry entirely before playing or displaying it.
Your child will love playing with their new elephant friend! And you can feel good knowing you made it yourself with just a few simple materials. So get crafting and enjoy some quality time with your little one.
