How to Make Penguin Pencil Topper Craft:
Gather your supplies.

Cutting the Owl, Frog, and Penguin Pattern:

Place the penguin pattern pieces over the felt sheets in the color you choose.
Using fabric scissors, cut along the solid lines to cut out the pattern pieces.

Assembling the Penguin Felt Pieces:


Carefully glue the smaller felt pieces (the penguin belly, eyes, and beak) to the largest felt penguin piece pressing in place.

Apply a bead of glue along the outer edges of the smaller body piece leaving the bottom without glue.

Press the prepared penguin front piece to the back piece and press in place until the glue sets.

Insert pencil into the felt animal toppers and enjoy!
