Choose wording that fits the available space on your selected party invite. The child’s name, date, time, location, and RSVP information should remain the easiest details to read.

How to Use the Printables:

These printables are easy to prepare at home.

1. Download the PDF near the bottom of this post.
2. Select the style you want to use.
3. Make enough copies for everyone on your list.
4. Cut around the outside edge of each one.
5. Write the celebration and RSVP information in the blank spaces.
6. Place them in envelopes or deliver them by hand.

Use a dark blue or black fine-tip marker so the information is easy to read against the bright background.

If your printer allows you to choose individual pages, you do not have to use all four styles. Select the page containing your favorite LEGO invitation and make as many copies as you need.

Are These Invitations Editable?

These designs are intended to be completed by hand, so the original PDF is not an editable LEGO file and does not require special software.

After preparing a copy, write the child’s name, age, date, time, location, and RSVP information in the spaces provided.

If you prefer typed text, you may be able to place the image into a program such as Canva, Google Slides, or Microsoft Word and add text boxes. This is a simple way to create a more custom version before sharing it.

How to Print LEGO Invitations

For the best results, use white cardstock rather than standard paper.

The heavier material makes them:

• More polished-looking

A white paper weight of approximately 65-80 pounds should work with most home printers. Check your machine’s instructions before using especially heavy material.

Do a test copy on regular paper first. Check that the entire design fits on the page and that none of the border is cut off.

Can I Send the Invitation Digitally?

Yes. You can send a digital copy if you prefer not to prepare a physical version for every person.

Save the completed file and share it privately through:

• A school or team communication app

Avoid posting anything containing your home address, telephone number, or other personal information publicly on social media.

Aim to share them approximately three to four weeks before the event.
