How to Make Lego Cupcakes
Bake Cupcakes per recipe and cool completely. Gather the piping bags, icing, M&M’s, and cupcakes.
Mix the icing in five separate bowls using five colors and put each color in a piping bag. For the gray frosting, put it in two piping bags, one with a large cut tip and the second in a separate piping bag with a small cut tip. Put the blue, red, orange, and green frosting in piping bags with small cut tips.

With the large cut-tip bag, pipe gray frosting in a smooth swirl on each cupcake.

Use any colored frosting to outline a rectangle in the center of each cupcake using all four of the primary icing colors.

Next, fill in the outlined rectangle with frosting.

Place 8 of the same color mini M&M’s in 2 rows on the rectangle as shown.

Repeat this process with each color frosting.

Use the gray piping bag with a small cut tip to create the Lego board pegs in line with the M&M’s on each cupcake. This will give the appearance that the legos are lying on a Lego board.
