A Feast for the Eyes: Arranging the Perfect St Patricks Day Charcuterie Board

Here’s how to create a board step by step:

Arrange pretzels and sugar-coated cookies in a single layer on a wrap-covered board. Melt the white chocolate until it reaches a thick, milk-like consistency. Dip up to half the marshmallows in the chocolate and top them with green sprinkles.

Coat the pretzels in the melted white chocolate and sprinkle them with the green chocolate shards. Stir green food coloring into any leftover white chocolate, transfer it to a piping bag, and draw a grid pattern onto the pretzels and cookies. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

Almost everyone has heard of charcuterie boards for delicacies, but do you know about charcuterie boards for sweets? These boards can be made for any party or just for no occasion. We promise you'll have tons of fun experimenting with candies, cookies, and other sweets. Technically, it's not exactly a charcuterie board, as the term charcuterie refers to cold meats. But regardless of what you call them it's just a big display of sweet treats.
This is a fun St. Patrick's Day green style charcuterie board with lots of themed treats. This board is cheerful and will not go unnoticed at your party. The centerpiece of the board is the mythological Irish character leprechaun, lover of gold and merry feasts. For the leprechaun's hat we took peanut drops in green icing, and for the jacket we used peppermint candy canes. To form the beard, we added ginger pretzels to the board, and instead of a nose, we placed a large red candy in place of the nose. You can replace this candy with red marmalade. Given the leprechaun's love of gold, we filled the board with cookie dimes and chocolate money. One of the symbols of the holiday rainbow is represented by chewy multicolored ribbons, and shamrocks turned out of pretzels, covered with green chocolate or icing.
