Instructions

  1. Gather all your craft supplies—you'll only need two things to start: colored pens and the template. However, don't fret if you don't have them handy; crayons, child-friendly colored pencils, or even watercolors will work fine, too. While not essential, having a black marker for outlining and some white, black, and yellow paint for additional details can take your artwork to the next level. It's all about maximizing what you have and getting creative!
  2. Begin by applying a vibrant red color to your hands, ensuring full coverage. Remember to pay attention to detail and color the tips of your four fingers in a striking blue hue to represent the fox's iconic socks. Once your hands are colored accordingly, carefully position your hand just below the fox's head. With these simple steps, your charming fox-in-socks creation is complete, ready to captivate all who behold it.
  3. With your black marker, outline your fox, allowing yourself to design it however you wish. While you have the creative freedom to shape its appearance, try to capture the essence of the fox from the book as closely as possible. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can skip the outlining step and directly color your fox instead. Whether tracing or coloring, let your imagination soar as you bring your fox to life with your unique artistic flair.
