How to make a Dr Seuss One Fish Two Fish PDF Craft:
One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish is a story about two different colors of fish. One day, they meet a fish who is a different color than they are. They learn that they can still be friends even though they are different. This story teaches children about acceptance and friendship.
Step One:
Select yellow, green, red, and blue colored craft papers for fish crafts. Trace and cut out the three patterns from the same colored paper for each fish. The free printable PDF template includes the body base, tail fin, and side fin for the fish.
Step Two:
Attach the side fin on the top side of the body base cutout.
Step Three:
Take the tail-fin paper cutout and fold it into half length-wise.
Step Four:
Create small and even accordion folds on the tail-fin paper cutout.
Step Five:
Fold the accordion-folded tail-fin in the middle.
Step Six:
Apply glue on the middle part of the folded tail-fin to slightly attach the parts in the middle.
Step Seven:
Attach the tail fin on the backside of the fish pattern.
Step Eight:
Use a sharpie to draw the eye and mouth of the papercraft fish. Attach the papercraft fish on a popsicle stick to complete the craft. Similarly, craft the rest of the fish—craft two green fish for this set.
