We’ve created a free printable Rudolph Christmas game template, including a Rudolph printable poster and red circles you can cut out to represent Rudolph’s nose. All you need to do is print the sheets, cut out the noses, and you’re ready to start playing!

How to Play:

  1. Set Up the Game Board
Start by printing the Rudolph printable poster (preferably on cardstock for durability). Then, tape the poster onto a wall or another flat surface at eye level for the players. Print multiple nose circles from the template and prepare them for each player.
  2. Get Ready to Pin the Nose
Each player gets their nose (you can use red pom poms, cotton balls, or cut-out circles). Add a piece of tape to the back of the nose, ensuring it sticks securely to the poster when the player places it on Rudolph’s face.
  3. Spin and Pin
The real challenge comes when you blindfold each player, spin them around, and let them try to place Rudolph’s nose in the correct place—without being able to see! Players who place the nose closest to the “X” (the marked spot on the printable poster) win the game.

Creative Ideas to Make the Game Even More Fun

  • Personalize the Game: Instead of using printed noses, you can have kids craft their own with their name written on it. This allows each child to feel involved and adds a personal touch.
  • Jingle Bells: Add some jingle bells to the fun by having everyone wear festive headgear while playing! This adds a playful holiday sound whenever a player steps up for their turn.
  • Rudolph’s Nose Variation: Want to add an extra layer of difficulty? Use black noses or any other color to make it more challenging for older kids. It’s also a great way to ensure there’s no confusion if the same color noses are being used for several participants.
  • Classroom Celebrations: Teachers can incorporate this festive twist on a reindeer game into Christmas-themed storytime or other classroom celebrations. The free worksheet is also great for use during parties or casual playtime.
