Supplies Needed to Make This Valentine’s Bouquet Charcuterie Board:

- Pink cotton candy
- Marmalade heart candies
- Marshmallows
- Pretzels/ white chocolate-covered pretzels

1. Begin by decorating the candy veil roses. Trap a small piece of the cotton candy around the tip of the skewer to form a bud. With dry hands, tear off strips and press them around the base of the flower in a circle. The more strips you use, the fuller the rose will appear.

2. For the fancy flower, gather pretzels, marshmallows, and marmalade hearts. First, skewer a marshmallow as a stopper for the arrangement. Then, alternate threading regular and chocolate pretzels. Feel free to add as many pretzels as you like. Finish by adding a marmalade heart on top. You now have four fancy flowers.

3. To create the white tulip, fold the green ribbon into an accordion and slide it onto the skewer. Next, unwrap a coconut candy and place it on the skewer.

4. For the red rose, start by pinching the accordion-folded green ribbon in place. Begin wrapping the red ribbon to form a roll, making two or three turns. Twist the ribbon around its axis and keep wrapping until you reach the end of the ribbon. Secure the end with a skewer.

5. Assemble the bouquet on the board by arranging your handcrafted flowers and adding FERRERO ROCHER chocolates on skewers. Alternate the sweets so the board looks balanced. Trim any skewers that extend beyond the board’s handle. Finally, wrap the bouquet in paper and tie it with a ribbon.

What Are the Best Decorations for a Candy Bouquet?
The best decorations combine festive and romantic elements to make it visually impressive and memorable. Start with colorful ribbons and bows in red, pink, or white shades to tie the confections together or wrap around the setting’s base, adding a polished and cohesive touch.
I used brown paper to Layer around the base of the bouquet, but you could also use red, pink, and white tissue paper to create a soft, voluminous backdrop that complements the confectioner hues.

Valentine's Day Candy Bouquet Charcuterie Board
Giving sweets on Valentine's Day is a tradition rooted in history and culture as a symbol of love and affection. After all, sweets symbolize joy and pleasure. So, giving sweets is a way to share positive emotions, remind yourself of your feelings, and make the holiday more pleasant. We suggest you assemble a board with sweets in the form of a bouquet. Such a board can be a lovely gift or dessert at a party or romantic evening.
Preparing a candy bouquet is simple and pleasant. All the sweets are put on skewers and stacked on the board. After that, wrapping paper is attached to the board's handle to create the illusion of a bouquet. In addition, such a bouquet is easy to personalize by adding the favorite sweets of the person you want to give it to. For example, you can choose delicate truffles for connoisseurs of classics, chewy candies, and marmalade for lovers of fruit flavors, or design original compositions to make the bouquet even more special.
For this recipe, I chose ribbon fruit candies and heart-shaped marmalades. We added noble FERRERO ROCHER sweets in a golden wrapper and light coconut candies in the shape of almonds. We used pink cotton candy to create light, fluffy roses.
Ingredients
- 4 coconut candies
- 3 FERRERO ROCHER candies
- 1 cup of pink cotton candy
- 4 marmalade heart candies
- 4 marshmallows
- 16 pretzels and white chocolate covered pretzels
- 9 green candy ribbons
- 3 long red candy ribbons.
Instructions
- Let's start by decorating the candy veil roses. Tear off a small piece and wrap the tip of the skewer so that you get a bud. With dry hands, tear strips from the total piece and press them to the base of the flower in a circle. The more cotton strips, the lusher the roses will be.
- You will need pretzels, marshmallows, and marmalade hearts for the fancy flower. First, place the marshmallows on a skewer. It will be a stopper for the arrangement. Then, thread the pretzels and chocolate pretzels alternately. You can improvise and increase the number of pretzels. Finish the assembly with a marmalade heart. You have completed four fancy flowers.
- For the white tulip, fold the green ribbon into an accordion and tip it onto a skewer. Unwrap the coconut candy and place it on the skewer.
- For the red rose, first pinch the green ribbon rolled up in an accordion. Start wrapping the red ribbon into a roll. Make 2-3 turns. Then, twist the ribbon around its axis and wrap it around the core. Do this until the ribbon is finished. Secure the end of the ribbon with a skewer.
- Assemble the board. Lay out the flowers you have arranged and add FERRERO ROCHER just poked on the skewers. Alternate the sweets so that the board is evenly filled. Cut off the rest of the skewers if they are longer than the board's handle. Wrap the bouquet in wrapping paper and secure it with ribbon.
- Give pleasant emotions on Valentine's Day with this unusual bouquet of candy. Create a minor miracle with your hands, making this day special!
