For this recipe, we selected high-quality delicacies from trusted producers, including spicy salami and a variety of cheeses. We chose cheeses with distinct flavors, vibrant colors, and unique shapes.

Among them is the well-known Babybel, encased in red wax, which keeps the cheese fresh for extended periods—perfect for long gatherings. To create the cheese rose, we used semi-hard cheese sliced into rounds and added lavender cheese for a striking contrast in color and flavor.

The arrangement is traditionally enhanced with fresh, juicy vegetables, fruits, berries, and herbs. For added heartiness, we included giant stick crackers, which can easily be substituted with grissini.

For a decorative touch, place a small piece of lettuce on a skewer to resemble a sepal, followed by the salami rose. To create a “fancy flower,” fold salami circles into quarters and stack two pieces together. Skewer three sets of these and finish with a black grape as the centerpiece.
