Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray the 9 inch bundt pan with pam baking spray and set aside.

Add the dry ingredients first, then add in the wet ingredients.
Using a standing mixer or a hand mixer and a large mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
