How to Make A Red Velvet Bundt Cake:

Preheat the oven:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 inch bundt pan with pam baking spray, set aside.
  2. Using a standing mixer or hand mixer, beat together all cake
    ingredients except for chocolate chips
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips
  4. Pour cake batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a
    toothpick comes out clean
  5. Allow to cool completely before removing from pan
  6. Place onto a wire rack

  1. Using a standing mixer, beat all ingredients until combined and smooth
  2. Scoop into the piping bag
  3. Cut the tip off the piping bag
  4. Pipe onto the frosting onto the bundt cake
  5. Cut into slices and enjoy!

You can make the frosting up to 5 days ahead of time and store it in the Refrigerator. Also, the cake can be baked and frozen up to 3 months in advance. Add chocolate chips to the top of the cake for a beautiful touch
